In such cases, your funds remain in your account, and we will explain the reason. Bonus and Promotional Terms on ata4d

We offer welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses carry playthrough terms—typically a multiplier (e.g., 1x to 3x) applied to the bonus amount. You must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the playthrough requirement before the bonus converts to withdrawable balance. Until playthrough is met, bonus funds are held separately and cannot be withdrawn.
